Hoop District (HD) covers the basketball Wizards of Washington, NBA events and hoops in the DC/Metro area. Each year we put together a team of basketball afficianados to provide our community with original articles, live game photography and video. Hoop District was created in 2006 by Matt and Asad Naqvi as a message board for fans to sound off. Since 2008 we’ve covered the Wizards, NBA Draft, NBA
