By now you all have probably seen the video of the deadly railroad crossing incident in Pecos, TX that resulted in a massive derailment, killing the Conductor and Engineer on the train. With railroad crossings being so prevalent in our area, most people dont know there is sign at every railroad crossing that has emergency contact info on it. Please, if you are stuck on the tracks, call the number on the sign or call 911. This could have been prevented.

1057: Active fire in the attic. Requesting Yak 5 or Grandview for mutual aid.

1101: Homeowner confirmed that house is unoccupied but there is animals inside.

1146: Fire is out. Units clearing.

Single vehicle roll over MVA, Hwy 12/730 & Hatch Grade Rd, Wallula Jct

Possible entrapment.

WSP on scene confirmed entrapment. Patient is conscious and alert. Vehicle is 50 feet down and embankment. Approx 1 mile up Hatch Grade Road.

WSP has patient out of the vehicle. Lacerations on the face and difficulty breathing.

1249: Units arriving on scene. Units from WW5 have also been dispatched.

1307: Patient is back up and the road and being loaded into the ambulance.

1114: Non injury, no entrapment. Units clearing. Turning scene over to KPD.

If you receive a check like this in the mail, please do not attempt to cash or deposit in your account. These checks are being sent out by an unknown person to citizens of Benton County. If you get one in the mail, remember that it is fake. The associated companies have been contacted and advised of the on-going issue. They have reported the problem to their financial institution and local authorities.

City fire units to the Sleep Center in Walla Walla for a hut on fire.

0950: Units arriving to the sleep center. Fire is contained to the hut and people on scene have it knocked down. Will be out investigating.
