There’s a saying in music industry that “Artist don’t listen.” It’s pivotal to know when it’s time to be the Artist vrs letting your ego have a backseat. Have people on your team you respect, are 💯 with you, and trust there judgement. Your ego can get in the way and cost you opportunities and relationships if your not careful. Team work makes YOUR dream work!

What a week! Heart warm condolences to the family of Clarence Avant also know as “The Black Godfather” in black entertainment. He definitely has left his mark! Netflix did an excellent documentary on his impact in the industry titled “The Black Godfather.”
