GUEST ANNOUNCEMENT: Scout Comics star Hector Rodriguez III is heading to Geek'd Con!

Award-winning Chicano comic book creator Hector Rodriguez II is a native of the border town of Eagle Pass, Texas. He is the creator of the internationally recognized superhero series, El Peso Hero, and also the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the newly minted Chispa Comics, the first direct-to-market Latino comic book publishing house in collaboration with Scout Comics.

In addition, he serves as Director of Development for Masked Republic, where he oversees the creative development of Masked Republic Lucha media properties.
