In 1972 All American Specialties was founded in Decatur, Georgia by Tony and Angela McIntyre. Tony spent several years as a sports columnist for the Atlanta Journal & Constitution as well as other publications. During this time, he formed lasting friendships with many high school and college athletic directors and coaches, many of whom confided their dissatisfaction with athletic awards that were

available at the time. Both Tony and Angela felt that they could improve the quality of these awards and offer a product that schools would be proud to give to their students. The product line was soon expanded to include corporate awards, custom framing, embroidery, spirit wear, signs and promotional items. After successfully growing their business in a short period of time, All American Specialties moved from rental space at a local mall to its own free-standing facility in 1974. During the 30 years they spent at this location they built the majority of their loyal customer base through word-of-mouth promotion. Being attentive to the customer's needs and offering a quality product had proven to be a profitable venture. By 2004, they had opened an 8,250 square foot production facility in Buford, Georgia and in 2010 opened a retail showroom in Cu***ng, Georgia. All American Specialties continues to establish itself as a leader within the industry. Since the inception of the company, quality has always been top priority. The attention to detail, innovation and superior service are the key elements that make All American Specialties one of the premier providers of recognition awards and promotional products in the Southeast.
