The Erie County Legislature approved an agreement at its final session of 2024 that focuses on the streambank of Ellicott Creek. The measure authorizes an agreement with the design firm Greenman-Pederson, Inc., for slope stabilization of North Forest Road along the streambank of Ellicott Creek. That streambank has been steadily eroding for a number of years.
