Eric Reagan has lived in Windham County since 1995 and has been pursuing his passion for making sculpture in Brattleboro since 2001, working in his workshop-studio at the Cotton Mill Hill complex. A trained graphic designer, he is a self-taught sculptor interested in a wide range of media and styles. He is particularly known in the a

rea for his wide-ranging styles of paper mache, cast gypsum and resin masks. He works primarily in clay and has produced fired clay, cast resin and concretes, as well as papier mache and multimedia sculpture and masks. He has received training from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in graphic design and has designed publications and brochures for print for the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center, The Strolling of the Heifers Parade, as well as for other organizations, businesses and individuals in Windham County. For two years, he published VTFolkus, a printed publication dedicated to the arts and sustainable living in Vermont and surrounding regions. From this publishing experience, he connected with many artists and organizations in the region and forged numerous ties to the greater art community of Vermont.

Here are photos of some masks from 2018-2019. These 9 photos were for my 2021 NCAC grant proposal through the Cowee School Arts Center (which I got). This grant is helping to make possible new mask designs that I will begin to show to everybody when the time is right. (Sorry: No spoilers, here!) But, these photos are representative of the many masks I made and sold in 2018-2019.
