Dogs and cats from Castaways Pet Rescue and Glynn County Animal Services will be on site, looking for their fur-ever homes. Coldwell Banker Access Realty Agents will pay $50 toward each of the first 10 adoptions.

We’re hoping to add to our success of having adopted out 48 animals in the last 3 years! Come enjoy free lunch and leave with a new loving member of your family. Food provided by Stephen Moreno, IV - Capital City Home Loans

Milton remains a category one hurricane as it rapidly moves across Florida, now crossing into the Atlantic Ocean. As forecasted, the wind field spread out rapidly, pushing tropical storm force winds into parts of Southeast Georgia. Strong wind gusts will continue to be a hazard in parts of South Georgia through the day today. Wind gusts in excess of 40 mph are likely along the Georgia Coast. Heavy rain on the northwest edge of the system will continue in parts of Coastal Georgia through the mid-morning hours. Then expect only scattered showers through this afternoon.

Milton is expected to increase its forward momentum through the day today, then will begin to lose many of its tropical cyclone characteristics over the next 24 hours.
