Hello, I'm a veteran, an author, and a psychologist. My life's journey has taken me through the battlefield, the library, and the human mind. In the military, I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and the raw reality of human resilience. My experiences as a veteran have colored my understanding of trauma and resilience, and they continue to shape my professional approach to psychology. As a

n author, I have learned the power of stories to connect, inspire, and heal. I believe there's a story inside each one of us, and my aim is to help you discover and understand yours. I've penned books that explore the human condition, weaving together tales that blur the line between myth and medicine - what I like to call 'Mythomedic Mindtales'. Through my research as a psychologist, I apply these narratives to help my clients navigate their mental health journeys. I strive to bridge the gap between traditional psychology and the rich tapestry of stories and myths that have been used for centuries to make sense of the human experience. As a result, I've developed an approach I term 'Psychomythology', where I harness the power of narrative to help individuals better understand their mental health issues. I'm committed to helping others understand themselves better, explore their inner worlds, and find healing through the power of storytelling. Through my work, I hope to contribute meaningfully to the conversation around mental health and help reduce the stigma associated with it.
