Many people do not realize the value of having a buyers agent in a brand new construction. A builder will not give you a better deal for not having a buyers agent and the builder will cover the cost of my services in almost every case.
This closing was delayed three times, and we had to correct paperwork at the closing table. We used a quality inspector to point out issues that the builder had not even thought to address.
The builder was willing and able to extend the rate lock at their expense to account for delays, fix important pieces we discovered with a drone inspection and make sure the paperwork was neat and organized.
