It's that time of year again when we release our Favorite Drumming Albums from 2024!

They are NOT in any particular order of most to least or least to most favorite. This is just a list alphabetized by the drummer’s first name… There is no best album or drummer; it is just what our team enjoyed collectively.

This is the 6th consecutive year Adam Jarvis and Lee Fisher have made this list. If you don’t know, now you know. That’s pretty insane. This year, it also features Marco Pitruzzella on two releases and Robin Stone on four! The releases from Adam Jarvis and KC Howard are 2025 releases, but we wanted to help promote them early… Go and grab them when available!

Woke up to hear the horrible news about the passing of our dear friend, drummer Joshua Nassaru Ward of Voraath. Our deepest condolences go to his family, friends, and bandmates. Josh was killed by a drunk driver in an accident last night. A great drummer and a really good person.

Josh will also be missed by his community who he helped by delivering goods and services to people stranded in remote areas after the recent floods. He looked out for everyone. R.I.P.

PRIMUS Audition - Ian Macdonald of Sick Drummer Magazine - Jerry Was a Racecar Driver.

I decided to enter because I love drums, music, and Primus. I did not play it note for note, but I had fun. I took a clip from a Live Twitch TV Stream I did tonight and wanted to enter it. I had played the song four times before the stream and three times on the stream. I want to be honest. This was not just a first attempt; I wanted to share the experience live.
