Video: We are starting out with that sunshine. A mix of clouds and some sun for the rest of today. Mountain winds this evening along with rain moving in tonight. It will start as some mixed precip and ice for parts of Smyth County tomorrow and North Carolina. Becoming all rain.

Video: Cold this morning. Milder and breezy this afternoon. Clouds will increase this evening and rain showers move in and become widespread tonight. Rain chances will be highest Monday morning and become more spotty tomorrow. Scattered rain and milder Tuesday, highs in the 60s.

A clipper system will provide some clouds and a few snow flurries today. Snow showers increase in coverage late evening. A light dusting to half an inch is possible in the Tri-Cities. One to three inches are expected in the high terrain with higher amounts close to four inches.
