Mental health is so important and I feel like it’s not talked about enough . So many people suffer from depression and anxiety… especially in today’s world. We are stuck in our own heads battling our inner demons bottling it all up and putting a smile 😃 on for the world 🌎

It’s ok to reach out for help there’s no need to be ashamed or scared …. You are worthy and deserving … you matter … and your stronger than you think 💜

When you go from depressed back to your bad ass self ….. I suffer from anxiety and depression and a lot of it has to do with addiction and recovering from it …… it’s hard to live and lead a life your not used to filled with feelings and decisions etc when your used to running to your drugs and numbing everything …..when your getting clean or are clean the idea of a sober life is so fuxkin scary so scary because you don’t remember what that is or how to do it or if you can do it you don’t remember that person your not even sure who you are right now

💥It has got to be one of the lowest points in my life I’m barely hanging on between being bullied out of my own home 💥my Crohns has been bad because I’ve missed shots (back on track) my living situation is hard I literally almost lost everything because of one hateful person and my inability to control my anger … 💥The thing that kills me most is my son - he’s the one who’s got it the worst having to go through all of this …because of my poor choices and letting a bully get to me 💥I’ve been in some low points in my life but this has got to be one of the worst 💥and I keep thinking if I wasn’t a mom would I have tried to give up already because I’m not suicidal never have been but I am depressed and have anxiety and it’s crossed my mind a few times this time around …. 💥I truly believe everything happens for a reason but this time it’s hard really hard everything has been ripped away from me and I take full responsibility for my actions that led to some of this BUT a lot of it was caused by a hateful person and I’m not even sure why except for. Greed and two easy targets ….
