Eastern's Jordan Chisholm and Zaveyn Tate each scored 16 points to pace the Lancers, Brady Bell scored 8. For Simsbury, Will Gills scored a game high 24 points, while Many Densu-Croffie had 16.. Two Hartford men were arrested last week after members of the Bristol Police Department’s Narcotics Enforcement Team spotted them while conducting surveillance. Detectives observed Malon Mathis, 24, of Hartford, who had an outstanding arrest warrant for the sale of narcotics in Bristol. The officers were able to apprehend Mathis and take him into custody. The proposal also introduces a new program designed to incentivize municipalities to offer special education programming either within their districts or on a regional basis. “Over the last several years, special education services have been one of the largest cost drivers for school districts due to the increase in the number of students eligible for special education services and the rapid increase in the cost of those services, particularly for students outplaced in approved special education programs,” Governor Lamont said....
