Garry Lee Webb was born on June 21, 1972, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Mae Frances Webb and Earl Baker Sr.

Garry was raised in a Christian home by his mother and stepfather, Tommy Lee “T.L.” Shelton, who cared for Garry as his own son. While growing up, his mother Mae Frances Webb-Shelton would often take Garry to church with her.

Garry matriculated in the Brinkley Public School district and was a 1990 graduate of Brinkley High School.

“Six-Fo” or “6’4” as he was better known, was a people person. He loved entertaining people with his witty sense of humor and “smart” remarks. Being a man who enjoyed the outdoors, he loved hunting & fishing, and all types of wild game. To know “6’4” was to love him. He always had a joke for you, and he NEVER met a stranger.

On Saturday, July 27, 2024, God saw Garry Lee Webb grow weary. He sent His Angels to Unity Health in Searcy, Arkansas to bring Garry to eternal rest. Awaiting his arrival in Glory were his father, Earl “Narcotic” Baker Sr., his mother Mae Frances Webb-Shelton, his daughter Amarie Keon Webb, brothers Ernest Shelton, Anthony “Tony” Baker, and Tommy Webb.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his bonus father Tommy Lee “T.L.” Shelton of Brinkley, AR, his sons Garry Diquan Webb of Conway, AR, Garrieon Carnell Webb of Jacksonville, AR, A’darius Lee Webb of Little Rock, AR, a daughter Isabel Anna Webb of McCrory, AR, grandson Elijah Amari Webb of Maumelle, AR, brothers Kenon K.
