Popping the six inch eccentric wheel into the Athlon Heras scope
This newly designed 6” eccentric magnetic mount wheel pops on and off of the Athlon Heras scope. It’s securely held in place with absolutely no slop.

First step on making Bushnell 4200 focus doughnuts; CNC the finish OD and rough the ID. Afterwards, machine the I.D., face both sides, chamfer both OD edges, counter drill, clearance drill, tap drill, tap and then finally slit. As simply as these look, they take a ton of labor and setup.
Blowing though a full depth 1/4" cut always involves a certain amount of 'pucker factor'.
