FEAR….They say as babies we don’t have any fear, hate, etc. Unfortunately, as we grow older, we allow fear to dictate how we live our day to day lives. I can tell you since about early 2020 I’ve allowed fear to completely overtake my life. I can remember exactly when fear took over. It was when Covid started and we had to wear masks. I remember going in to Giant Eagle and as I was walking in a man was coming out and when I tell you I could see the look of fear in his eyes. It instantly felt fearful. Covid played a big part in my anxiety but also traumas, self esteem , and depression made me a prisoner in my own home. I no longer wanted to leave my house. I’m just now leaving those fears behind and allowing myself to live again. And it feels amazing! The moral of this post is to let you know you’re not alone, give yourself grace, and take it a day at a time. ♥️
