12/31/2025
Dear Beloved brothers and sisters,
As we prepare to close out the year 2025, let us remember that there is truly no better place to be than in the house of the Lord. Tonight, from 6-9PM, we invite you to join us for a meaningful evening of singing praises, bible study, prayer, reflection, and joyful fellowship as we gather together to thank God for His faithfulness and to welcome the new year with cheerful hearts. As we reflect on and consider the importance of gathering together, may these scriptures encourage your spirit…
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”— Romans 15:13
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.”— Isaiah 40:31
•PRAYER REQUESTS
We ask that you please lift up our sister Tee in prayer. Her son, Jacque, is currently hospitalized and remains on life support. We ask that you pray with urgency and faith for God’s healing touch, strength, and peace to surround him and his family during this critical time. As you go before the throne of grace, please remember Jacque by name.
We also ask for continued prayers for Mark, who was recently hospitalized and has since received a pacemaker. He is now home and recovering well. Please keep both Mark and his wife Peggy in your prayers, asking God for continued healing for Mark and strength, peace, and rest for Peggy as she lovingly cares for him.
Finally, we encourage you to remember all those within our church family who have voiced prayer requests, spoken and unspoken. May we continue to lean on God for healing, provision, comfort, strength and breakthrough. The Word reminds us not to forsake assembling together (Hebrews 10:25), especially during moments like this when thankfulness for what God has done and hope for what lies ahead draw us closer to Him and to one another.
May your New Year be filled with the peace of God, enduring joy, renewed strength, divine protection, and a deeper walk with Christ. If your evening is free, we would love for you to join us as we welcome 2026 together, united in faith, thankfulness and hearts full of praises to God.
In His grace,
Brother Anthony & Sister Stephanie Nelson
