◼️Meat & Seafood Counter◼️
✔️Must have verifiable experience with extensive knowledge in meat cutting skills with all proteins, especially seafood, beef, pork & chicken.
✔️Must have a passion for food and cooking. Creative culinary skills to help with new product development is a plus.
✔️Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, confidence, and leadership skills as you will be training other staff.
✔️Must have strong skills in decision making, problem-solving, effective and open communication with other team members and owners.
✔️Food Safety training background is a plus as you will be dealing with local health department, FDA and USDA officials.
✔️Serve-safe certified is a plus. If not, you will be required to obtain your certification at our expense.
✔️Extreme attention to customer service, including being friendly, respectful and helpful.
✔️Responsible for ordering, inventory management, price setting and shrink control.
✔️Must have experience preparing, displaying, and merchandising meat products and retail grocery items.
✔️Must have the ability to maximize sales and perform yield tests for product marketing.
✔️Must be willing to work and manage the cash register, and store opening and closing.
✔️Must be punctual and well
groomed.
✔️Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.

◼️Starting pay is $16-$18 hr. with raises in the first year.
◼️This is a full-time position with at least 40 hrs. a week.
