We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Francois Yvon Andre Fouquerel.

Late last year, our producer Randy Cadwell captured this beautiful moment of Francois sharing his love of bread and baking at Concordia Language Villages. While the full episode on sourdough bread will premiere in early 2025, we wanted to share this today to honor and remember Francois.

✨You can see the sparkle in his eye and feel his joy as he shares about the magic of baking bread.✨

❤ Our hearts are with all who knew and loved Francois.
