2) Uh-oh! No need to panic. Your vault can be locked to make sure the content is safe and can’t be viewed by anyone else. Just hop into the Create App, head to the vault settings, and you'll spot an option to lock the cube (and unlock it later if the cube turns up). As an extra security measure, you can create a secret PIN that needs to be used to unlock the vault when the cube is scanned. If someone makes five incorrect guesses, the cube locks itself until you swoop in to re-authorize it or reset the PIN in the Create app.

- Hit "delete" on any content in our apps, and it's wiped from our servers too.
- When data and media travel between your device and Graceful's servers, they're wrapped in a cozy blanket of TLS/SSL encryption, while chilling at rest under 256-bit AES protection. That's the rockstar standard of security!

4) How much can I store in my child's vault? Your Graceful digital vault kicks off with a cool 5GB of storage! Sure, Google and Apple might offer ginormous amounts cloud storage, but we're not trying to compete with that. Instead, your family’s Graceful vault is meant to be a carefully curated, clutter-free haven for the handpicked treasures you want them to cherish forever. We believe 5GB is plenty for that, but if you need more space to stash the goods, we'll have options to upgrade in the future.
5) How is this different from looking at photos and videos on my phone? A Graceful digital vault is so much more than just a photo album! It's a treasure trove your child carries with them for a lifetime. We're not just talking about snaps and clips, but all sorts of digital goodies, like your top-secret family recipes. And there's more! We're working towards a future where you can hook up third-party services to your kiddo's vault, making it easy-peasy for them to locate important documents like your will or trust. 6) What if Graceful goes out of business? No worries! We've built Graceful to keep rockin' and rollin' for decades to come. The company is backed by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs and investors who believe in our mission and are committed to supporting us over time. But, if we ever have to take our final bow, we'd give you at least 60 days' notice, along with a download link to rescue your family's digital treasure trove. You'll hear from us via email and a text message to make sure you're in the loop. We're working on a "forever vault" – a backup plan that puts the keys to your digital kingdom in your hands, independent of Graceful's existence.
