Yoga is a transformative practice for the body and mind, but access to inclusive, welcoming spaces remains a challenge for many. That’s where Black Yogis of South Florida steps in. Founded by Kiyona Miah and Jasmine Nicole, this organization is breaking barriers by creating a community that celebrates diversity and fosters healing through yoga and mindfulness.

Filmed on location at Co-Space in Miami Gardens, we speak with Kiyona, Jasmine, yoga teacher Gabriela Trejo-Watkins, and the founder of Co-Space, Joy St Clair, to explore how this dynamic partnership is promoting wellness, empowerment, and representation. Co-Space not only serves as a venue for Black Yogis of South Florida’s events but also hosts its own yoga and wellness programs for the community.
