We are a podcast format station that plays a wide variety of music such as rock, pop, punk, and so much more! Falcon Radio started in a student’s dorm room in 1970, using a low power AM transmitter. We are one of the first Bowling Green student organizations, and we have continued to improve for the past 40 years. In its 40 years of running, Falcon Radio has received multiple awards as a station a
nd for our incredible DJing staff. We are known for training DJs quickly, efficiently, and professionally to prepare them for on air broadcasting on Falcon Radio and in their careers. Falcon Radio not only DJs from our home in the Michael & Sara Kuhlin Center on the BGSU campus, but we also perform at benefits, charities, and a variety of different events. Falcon Radio supports local artists with interviews, air plays and event planning. We make it our personal mission to provide Bowling Green and its community with great programming and national presence online on iTunes, and through our web stream. Falcon Radio is proud to represent its community, and we will continue to do so as long as we’ve got people who like to listen.
