Each day I practice gets me one step closer to being a better artist, better educator, better service provider.
I practice what I preach. I try as much as I can to put in the behind the scenes work necessary for elevating my artistry as wells as others.
As a trainer, I’m not only practicing to show others what to do, but I want to be able to master new trends and concepts. I do it for my clients and those who want to make this a career.
I say this time and time again: I got into training partly because I saw people coming out of these 2 day classes with limited knowledge, no basic understanding of color theory or mapping, and an absolutely skewed sense of what it takes to be successful in this industry.
I train so others can be better and I practice so I can be better. It’s a win/win.

Honestly, the @dysonhair airwrap makes it’s so easy. No, this isn’t sponsored lol. My fiancé got me one, and I can finally say I think I’ve got it down. I really enjoy using it now that I have my extensions back in (thanks @katyy80 at @harlynhaus).
So yes! You can def use this while you have extensions and I highly recommend it! I don’t section off my hair as far as putting it up, because believe it or not, it’s better if the air wraps vertically.
I just divide my hair into two halves while it’s damp and work front to back in small, vertical sections. After about 20 minutes, VOILA! Beautiful, full, bouncy curls.
It’s definitely a two in 1 device. I love that it gives volume AND curls my hair in one step. 10/10 recommend once you get used to it lol
