2025 by the Numbers!!!

I may be a few days late in sharing this—but it’s still very important to me.

As I reflect on the past year, I am truly grateful.

In the last 12 months, I had the privilege of closing 21 new homes, representing $8,125,000 in sales volume as a sales consultant for Jagoe Homes. Each of those homes represents more than a transaction—it represents a family taking a step forward, a fresh start, and an improvement in quality of life. Being part of that journey is something I never take lightly.

What makes this year even more meaningful is the partnership with our local REALTORS®. Out of those 21 closings, 18 involved a buyer’s agent, and together those agents earned $207,876 in commissions by trusting me and Jagoe Homes to take great care of their clients.
