We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are a family owned business and looking for someone for full-time employment. You must be dependable and on time.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our office manager and owner, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate filing systems, manage accounts receivables and payables, make deposits, packing and shipping out materials, are just a few of the duties.
