We’re finishing off our continued series from the Berklee Popular Music Institute showcase at BBrighton Music Hallwith the incredibly talented - she has such a unique sound and a fantastic live band, and we can’t wait to follow them this summer to Faster Horses Festival in July! Not only did we get a chance to record her performance at the showcase, but we also got a chance to sit down and chat. Look for her feature in our upcoming documentary on the BPMI program.

True super star vibes, we’re big Tyler fans around here. We’re so pumped to be following them to Lollapalooza this summer, see you on the road!

Today we had the privilege of interviewing renowned journalist and author of Cyril's Choices, John Matisonn for our Kliptown Youth Program (KYP) and wider ‘Kliptown Voices’ pieces in wonderful Franschhoek. We had a long talk about his book, politics, infrastructure and South African history followed by a delicious lunch and maybe a bit of local wine.

We were fortunate enough to interview Antoinette Sithole, sister of Hector Peterson for the Kliptown Youth Program (KYP) documentary, produced by our us. Hector was tragically shot by police on day 1 of the Soweto Uprising on 16 June 1976. She became the face of the uprising & is pictured on the left with her brother Hector being carried by Mbuyisa in that famous photo.
