Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken thighs , cut into strips
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 lemon (juice)
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 red onion, sliced
For Shirazi Salad:
2 cucumbers, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon (juice)
Salt, to taste
Fresh mint and coriander, chopped
For the tzatziki sauce :
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 lemon (juice)
Olive oil, for drizzling
To serve with
Garlic naan

Method:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tomato paste, minced garlic, oil, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and red chili flakes. Mix well until combined. Add the chicken strips and mix thoroughly.
2. Prepare for Baking:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the marinated chicken evenly on a large baking tray. Add sliced red onions and mix.
3. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is tender and juicy.
For the Shirazi salad:
1. Prepare Vegetables:Dice cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion into small cubes. Soak the diced onion in water for 10 minutes to reduce its sharpness.
2. Mix Salad:In a bowl, combine the diced vegetables. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Top with fresh mint and coriander, then mix well.
For Tzatziki Sauce:
1. Prepare Cucumber: Grate and squeeze out water from the cucumber.
2. Combine Ingredients: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, sour cream, garlic powder, fresh coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze in half a fresh lemon’s juice and mix well.
4. Finish: Drizzle with olive oil.

- 1 cup lettuce, diced
- 9-10 Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet bell peppers, sliced
For the chicken:
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Oil for cooking
For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp @hellmannsmayonnaise
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Boil the pasta according to package instructions and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water for later use.
In a mixing bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning,
and red chili flakes. Mix well.
Heat a pan and add some oil, cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
For the dressing, in a bowl, add mayonnaise, pasta water, sweet chili sauce, salt, pepper, red chili
powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the salad: In a large serving bowl, assemble the salad by adding lettuce, pasta, cucumber,
cherry tomatoes, red onion, sweet corn, olives, and bell peppers.
Add the cooked chicken on top and drizzle with the dressing.
