Last year we purchased and renovated our forever home. In my head I wanted this wall but even after eight months, I just can't make myself love it. It's become an eyesore. For the sake of doing something, I took a design course and opened my own little store on Tedooo (yes, I'm very serious about these things) and even started making small pillows that I decorate and create myself. But it turns out that it is much easier to advise others than myself. The table has to stay because it was pricey and handmade but what can I do to make the space more esthetically pleasing? We are a family of eight and the space is where we spend a lot of time! I'm thinking about taking the paneling off the walls for sure, and I'm OK losing the bench seating in the back and using all chairs.

Moved into our dream home just 2 months ago my bathroom needs a rescue ! However I cannot redo it. It’s sooo blue and I do love blue but this is blue blue. How can I make this room look more inviting and not so blue that doesn’t require painting tile or a remodel.

My mom is moving in with us next week, and we’ve been working so hard to get her room ready. It used to be my kids’ playroom, and they gave it up without hesitation to make space for their grandma. The room was in pretty rough shape, but we’ve cleaned it up and made it cozy for her.

She’s starting rehab soon and is also trying to get her craft business off the ground, which we’re so grateful for. It’s the only place she can sell right now without paying fees, and having something creative to focus on will be so good for her.

Even though the room is ready, I still feel like something is missing to make it extra special. Any ideas? It's important for the room to feel cozy and safe for her to really get better.

What could I do to make daughters room match better? I’m trying a boho theme as you can tell. I ordered the rug and it didn’t come in the right color. I’m dropping the one down below that I’m possibly ordering depending on if you all think it matches.
