E-Commerce brand 👋. Know your KPI’s.
Recently we’ve talked to a few brands that were having problems with leads but just weren’t sure how to analyze their metrics. It’s important to understand this because a lead problem can be caused by so many factors. What are the bottlenecks? Are you relying too much on organic? Are you running paid ads? What part of the funnel can we quickly improve upon? Is the bottle neck the ad creative or the landing page?
It’s not just about knowing what the problem is, but knowing how to comprehend data to find where that problem is from. Brands need to be able to answer these questions in great detail before even thinking of a solution.
