I have had a lot of Noble Pilsner. So im trying to dissect the beers build. So the latest discovery is a grassy hop profile. Im guessing its Topaz hops?! It has a grass flavor but also tropical fruit notes. im just guessing. What do i know?! Probably nothing lol.
