For myself I am making sure I have a good breakfast, getting my protein shake in before the gym, and when I come back home take a nice shower and actually do my makeup for the day. Those are all things I love to do & they make me feel better.

Some days are a struggle. Some days it feels like the wind and storms are going to blow us over. But, I promise you one thing, you do grow through these tough times. I see your growth. I see your strength. And it’s amazing thing to watch- it’s not fun to watch you struggle (it’s not fun to struggle period) but the strength that comes on the other side- that’s power
My toxic trait is being able to clean other peoples houses with no issue- but becoming overwhelmed at my own house 🫣
Not everyday is gonna be easy.

I’m here to remind you that God knows every aspect of your life, but He still wants to hear from you! He wants to be that best friend you go crying too, He wants to be that best friend you come to celebrate with, He wants to be your go to person for all your needs & so much more! Stop putting yourself where God should be. I’m certainly not the Queen of my life- God is the king 👑 He sits on the throne where He belongs. I try to do my best to seek counsel from Him. I read His word. I pray to Him and praise Him. He is the possible God of the impossible. If you allow Him to be King of your life- you’ll see it too!
My toxus trait is- I love to read but I want to buy every book that is hot on the shelf right now & hubs says “don’t you have enough books?” Why no sir, never too many books 📚

It’s easier said than done most times. We like to hang on to things & believe that God has bigger things to fix or more important things to fix but in reality Hes just waiting for us to come to Him. Don’t hesitate friend, run to the Father. Lay down those burdens & keep going. It’ll be a lighter load & you’ll feel so much better physically 🫶🏻

How I help my boys and myself get started after I’m back from the gym and I’ve showered 🫶🏻 It’s important for me to help my kiddos early in the mornings- I run a tight morning ship since I work 8-5. My boys need to get up, take meds, eat breakfast & get chores started so their afternoons after school are free to play and have fun. It’s not easy to always get them up, but we’re learning a groove & I’m learning the best ways to talk to them & be easy with them. I have two boys who have ASD and if they’re rushed or feel anxious in the mornings it could wreck their entire day. I try to make mornings smooth. Dinner doesn’t have to be a full course five star meal. My kids really wanted fish sticks and Mac n cheese- I can’t eat it but they surely can and loved it! 🍕Do you need bariatric friendly pizza? Let me share with you tonight’s dinner with the help of my awesome husband- btw I love when he’s in the kitchen- he saw some dishes needed to be washed and he definitely washed them 🧼 We used canned chicken drained One large egg Garlic powder Grated Parmesan cheese (all for the crust) Baked that for 30 minutes in the oven- tried the air fryer first & it didn’t work Once it was done,I added - low sodium Silver Palate pizza sauce mozzarella cheese & Turkey pepperoni & some pizza seasoning Baked it again for 10 minutes and it was 👌🏼 Perfect for those on a soft diet, after surgery or perfect for that pizza craving! We started Foxy Treasures on Oct 31, 2019, an opportunity I didn’t realize I would even want to begin. We named our business Foxy Treasures in memory of our fifth son who was our “fox”. He lived for 19 hours due to a chromosome defect, called Trisomy 13. We want to get to the point of donating profits to bereavement fund, or start our own in memory of Ezrah “foxy” to help other parents navigate the process of grieving. I am able to help other women and men feel confident and encourage them with budget friendly jewelry. This business has been a joy and I hope to run it as long as I can.
