What a crisp day for a live stream. We have a bunch of new stuff for you today but first we're going to start with one of the videos we created with Beewise Gardens last year. Get your pencils ready for some landscape planning!
After you've planned out your new garden, join Jeston foe some original music. He's going to sit down and show us what he's been working on.
We loved shooting it so we hope you enjoy the new episode of My Idaho Friends with Jaime Lima. Rebecca de Leon from Lion Heart Consulting has a fantastic conversation about her services and life experiences.
Erica will be closing the show as she paints the throne for the Idaho Regional Ballet's performances of the Nutcracker.

We're back everyone!

We have a relaxed show today on this beautiful fall Wednesday. Starting at 6pm, we're premiering a new episode My Idaho Friends Jaime has a conversation with Sarah Cunningham, Principal Catalyst at Ethos Design Remodel and put your mind at ease, we have a meditation from Sarah Weber, the Brain Cleanup Coach.

Happy July everyone! We have a quick show today starting at 5pm. Enjoy some art therapy with Erica at the top of the show followed by a 10 Minute Mind Fix from Sarah Weber, the Brain Cleanup Coach. Bee Wise Garden will be talking about garden layouts and Jeston will be finishing off the show with some songwriting!

Following that, Bee Wise Gardens is playing a pre recorded show at 5:30 PM.

At 6:00 Jaime Lima and Sean Wainwright will be talking about the Guests business, Phoenix Fire Games, on this new episode of My Idaho Friends!

And at 7:00 We’re warming up with Kvell Fitness to get our Summer bodies ready.

Welcome to the show, 4/21 is here and its time for ArgosTV.

Today we start off with Sarah Weber, The Brain Clean up Coach at 4 PM, giving us a 10 minute mind fix on the concept of Paradigm Shifting. Then we have a recorded Art Therapy before a quick Promotional break. Including an advertisement for Idaho’s Premiere Talent Competition.

Afterwards its Song Writing with Jeston Cole Lewis at 5:00 PM for a new session.

Following that, Bee Wise Gardens has provided a new video on the topic of Spring Bulbs at 5:30 PM.

At 6:00 we’re bringing an all new My Idaho Friends starring Jaime Lima and his Guest, Tonya Cole, a Neurofeedback Specialist.

And at 6:40 it’s a return of Kvell Fitness, with one of their work out videos to get us all in shape for the Summer! (I know I need it after the winter of Covid.)

Starting off today, The show opens at 4 PM. After the show opening we start a 10 minute Mind Fix with Sarah Weber on The Fallacy of Feeling Better.

Art Therapy with Erica Deshner Cornwall afterwards, followed by Short films and Promotions to get us to 5:00 PM, In which Jeston Cole Lewis will be doing some song writing for us today.

At 5:30 its Bee Wise Garden, we’re showing a repeat of the Starting Seeds episode this week. Giving our gardener friends a break as it were. After Bee Wise, We’re watching a new My Idaho Friends with Jaime Lima, and their guests, plural, John and Scott Sword at 6:00 PM. Then, at 7 Pm, we bring back Kvell Fitness with a Random workout session to help get our bodies limber until signing off around 8 PM.

Art Therapy with Erica Deshner Cornwall afterwards, followed by Promotions and Short Videos to get us to 5:00 PM, In which Art Therapy returns for another half hour, before we slip in a short video and get on with the day.At 5:30 its Bee Wise Garden, In two parts. After Bee Wise, We’re watching a new My Idaho Friends with Jaime Lima, and their guest, Whitney Mestelle. Then, at 7 Pm, Pierce Tai Yoga to calm the body and mind as we wind down for the night will be our last show before the sign off at 8 PM.

And at 7:00, Pierce Tai, Yoga show flow. Get limber. Get flexible. Make Ocean noises. Some people hear it as Darth Vader. That’s cool too.
