Interesting point of view. We are not endorsing this but do believe it’s worth investigating.

I'm noticing that there are some folks doing some serious whining about the Trump administration. So I thought I'd post some thoughts.

1. Accept the fact that this is the leadership that we (the majority of) working, middle class Americans wanted. We are pulling the economic weight in this country and we are tired of pulling the weight of those that do not contribute.

2. If you haven't already, get a job. Every business in the country is hiring. And you get paid for the work you do. And the harder you work and the more you learn, the faster you will advance, and the more you will earn. It's an amazing concept.

3. Understand that if you are a U.S. Citizen, or have already started the legal process to become a U.S. Citizen that you are not going to get deported! I don't care what your favorite liberal media channel says.

4. Tariffs are a bargaining chip. When you are in business you make deals, and sometimes you have to play hardball. That's how you get the deals you desire.

5. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects you from discrimination by age, s*x, race, etc. DEI openly violates this. Democrats want you to believe the opposite is true because they value your vote more than your quality of life.

6. It's not the government's money, it's your money. You absolutely should give a damn about how it is spent.

7. We are not the World Bank. If other countries need help they should raise their own finances. I don't recall receiving any hurricane relief money from India or China.

8. Drill baby, drill. Want to know why? Because we have it. Are electric cars the future? Not in their current form. There is way more oil in the ground than lithium, and guess where most of that is? China. Want food prices to come down? Then energy costs have to come down. And that means oil, gas, coal, and nuclear. Unicorn farts and liberal tears won't power your car!

9. The economy and the security of the country are far more important than your feelings, get over it.

10. There are men and there are women. Simple as that.

11. Education is to establish a learning core that prepares a child for the real, working world. Anything else is wrong.

12. Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States and he won by a landslide — both the popular vote and the electorial vote. Get over it.

Beware of Brushing Scam!

A recent scam has been showing up in many states. A "brushing" scam is when someone receives an unexpected gift or item not ordered in the mail from a place like Amazon or other company. Examples of gifts include, rings, bracelets, necklaces, Bluetooth speaker, etc. The gift will have the recipient’s address, but not include the sender's information or be from a known retailer. When the recipient opens the package to see what it is and possibly who sent it, there is a QR code to scan to find out who sent the gift.

Once the code is scanned, all the information from that phone will be sent to scammers. They receive all access to the phone. All personal and financial information is accessible to the scammers and often the victim's bank accounts are drained.

The gift can be kept or thrown away, but the QR code should NOT be scanned for any reason. QR code scams are nothing new. These scams show up in all places, including parking meters.

Beware of Brushing Scam!

Inform your family members about the scam and avoid scanning any unknown QR codes included in the package.

NO.

It’s illegal under federal law to shoot at an aircraft. A private citizen shooting at any aircraft – including unmanned aircraft – poses a significant safety hazard.

An unmanned aircraft hit by gunfire could crash, causing damage to persons or property on the ground, or it could collide with other objects in the air. Shooting at an unmanned aircraft could result in a civil penalty from the FAA and/or criminal charges from federal law enforcement. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

"NON RIDERS TAKE NOTE!!!!!

Riders know this, but the general public may not be aware. If you have never been part of a benefit ride you should know at least this:

Bikers PAY to ride. Something they could do for free. But they choose to pay to ride, the fee can be anywhere between $10 to $20 or $30 per person. Not only do they pay to ride, they usually drop a lot of cash for the extras. Raffles, 50/50, and silent auctions, even Toy Runs for kids....

When you witness a group passing by, chances are they're riding for charity or noble causes! Instead of getting frustrated over traffic disruptions or minor delays, kindly bear in mind: They are exceptionally generous individuals!!!

Give them space and your patience. It sometimes helps to have a little reminder about things. So please be patient and smile when you see them because they are doing something good for someone you may know, or for a good cause. ❤️🙏

Childless cat ladies and Taylor Swift’s legions failed the media prediction that their numbers would rise up in overwhelming numbers and slay the MAGA beast.
In reality, the Harris campaign performed so poorly that normally super-safe Democratic states like New Mexico, Minnesota, and Maine were not decided in Harris’ favor until the wee hours of the morning.
If you are a Democrat and wonder why it is that so many Americans distrust mainstream news sources, the above comments offer just a few reasons.”

Ted Cruz is a Senator in the US Senate.

NOT a State Senator

He had nothing to do with the Texas Abortion Law

He didn’t write the bill.

He didn’t vote for the bill.

He didn’t sign it into law.

whether you like the law or not you cannot give him credit for the law nor can blame him for it.

Understand who and what you are voting for.

Don’t fall for all the BS that is being employed to confuse voters.

Alamo Springs Cafe is reopening under new ownership! 🍔

I first visited the cafe about 10 years ago after hiking the Old Tunnel State Park trail, and it’s been a favorite spot ever since. Where else could you just get up and grab beers from the fridge 🍻, then just tell the cashier how many you had when it was time to pay? It felt like remnants of a bygone era.

Known for its award-winning burgers and quirky charm, the cafe, located about 30 minutes from downtown Boerne, closed abruptly in July 2024, leaving fans heartbroken 💔. The closure, which stemmed from foreclosure issues with previous ownership, shocked the community that had long enjoyed this unique spot.

As of a recent announcement 📢, it’s official: Alamo Springs Cafe is set to reopen in November under new owners, Tony and Selena, who are local to the area. With the support of the Tangmans, the new owners plan to bring back the original recipes while adding their own flavor to the menu 🍽️.

We’re so excited and can’t wait to make another visit to carry on the tradition! 🎉

It appears that the praying portion of the Boerne Community will be busy for a few days on this news alone...

This is unfathomable! 🚨 is shattering records in the Gulf of Mexico right now. It is WELL into Category 5 stage now with winds at 175mph. Central pressure is down to 911 millibars. This is the worst storm in the Gulf since Rita and Katrina in 2005. The Northern Yucatan Peninsula is going to have a very bad day.

Hello to all my friends in Boerne Texas. Gasoline prices are doing it again. I just purchased gasoline for $2.49 and nine tenths cents per gallon and the station that always jumps first just changed their price to $2.99 and nine tenths cents per gallon.

If you need gasoline today, you may want to swing by Murphy Oil on S. Main St. Who knows what time of the day they will follow the lead of the station down the way, but for right now there’s a bargain to be had.
