It’s 1995-1996, my 2L law school year at Notre Dame when my undergrad girlfriend gets r**ed by professor Mark Chavez - he gets promoted to Duke energy campus while my degree gets retroactively stripped for leaving temerity to be preparing to be lead out of state plaintiff against Lee Bollinger and Univeristy of Michigan (where Clarance Thomas authored a brilliant dissent joined by Justice Scalia ((plot twist: the same seat RGB occupied after beinhorn vetted by Clinton administration Office of Personnel Management where i was working is now occupied by my brilliant classmate of three years, Amy Coney Barrett)). The same Bollinger of Texaco-Boca Del Mar and the same Duke Energy that’s encircling Center Port Circle in Pompano where my electronic evidence and car was stolen by Eddie S Lampert of Heritage (SEARS old big box real estate) and AutoNation (both off-grid natural gas extraction points now). Typical Notre Dame response: make my ex one of their highest officials on campus, and then to dare me to admit to violating the university’s prohibition on pre marital s*x (how my auto immune disease Reiter’s Syndrome got started in the 1990s). Now, in light of the campus police prohibiting my even walking on campus to file in the Title IX Office, the Univeristy has adopted all conspiracy aims including 40-years of petro chemical murders (including my step fathers) in the old oil refining fields of Texaco-Boca Del Mar (now all Saudi owned).

Further exposing Notre Dame's r**e culture, the legal settlements and coverups and its bullying of anyone who dares speak up or voice objection. A place not above twisting or misrepresenting the law if it suits their needs. Shame on Notre Dame!

Dealing with the s*xual assault of my undergrad gf by her Notre Dame professor during my law school career was bad enough, but the knowing hypocrisy involved in the coverup since then, including violations of Title IX, the ADA, the False Claims Act, the Clery Act, etc., were utterly demoralizing and have come to dominate my experience with the university. They don’t handle even well deserved criticism very well, will retaliate against whistleblowers, and will retroactively change "A" grades after you graduate, withhold [certification of] degrees, fraudulently misrepresent laws (ignoring the entirety and unanimity of state and federal caselaw), and actively interfere with a persons life and future if they speak up and attempt to interject some truth into their self-serving and cartoonish narratives. Such a hypocritical institutional environment as to render it completely antithetical to everything Jesus Christ stood for and represents. Stay tuned!

The University of Notre Dame has achieved a certain recognized expertise in getting away with their corrupt practices (retaliating against whistleblowers, having degrees retroactively withheld on the barest of cartoonish pretexts, punctuated by fraudulently misrepresenting the entirety and unanimity of Florida law just to cover their tracks). Clearly the university is perfectly qualified to train others in the multidisciplinary approach to the practice of corruption.

Stranded - exactly what happens when you spend 3 years working hard, making a difference and being an A- student, only to denied the opportunity to take the bar. At least these young lawyers will soon put the pandemic (and delay) behind them. At least one won't. Shame on Notre Dame!

July 1, only 27 days before the bar exam was originally set to take place, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners (FBBE) moved the exam date to August 18, 2020 as an online 1-day test in lieu of the historical 2-day test.

Yes this is exactly what happens when confronted by disease, be it 2020 or 1997. Shame on Notre Dame!

“The virus is a formidable foe,” Notre Dame's president said. Also on Tuesday, Michigan State University suspended plans for in-person classes on campus.

Lack of transparency - much of that pervades the Notre Dame experience. Horrible what the university is doing to students.

This page is devoted to exposing the University of Notre Dame for the hypocritical institution it is, a place where your undergrad girlfriend will fall victim to the s*xual assault of a predatory tenured professor; where the administration will settle with her and then set about punishing you (a third law student one credit from graduation) for assisting in the vindication of her rights. All while the professor gets to quietly move on to an even more prestigious posting because his ongoing work is deemed far too important to the Church to even consider punishing and/or discrediting him and his ongoing grant-sponsored project.

A place that engages in criminal and civil conspiracies designed to coverup their violations of Title IX, the ADA, the Clery Act, FERPA, The False Claims Act (prohibiting fraud waste and abuse of federally received funds), etc.

A place that actively interfered with my PLAINTIFF party standing in a lawsuit (out of state and having nothing to do with Notre Dame) destined for the US Supreme Court (the same court my classmate Amy Coney Barrett will soon be joining), where most egregiously the University would file an Amicus Curiae (a friend of the court) brief ON BEHALF OF THE DEFENDANTS’ position!

A place that will RETALIATE against and punish a well-intended whistleblower by retroactively changing an "A-" grade to no grade, thereby robbing a law student graduate of his degree certification required to take the bar exam. They’ll fraudulently misrepresent the law in order to try and cover their tracks and in so doing subvert the very principles of the profession that they’re ostensibly preparing students for.

Indeed, Notre Dame’s shameful ongoing behavior is repugnant to both the Model Rules of Professional Conduct governing individual attorneys, and ABA Standards and Rules governing the accreditation of the law school to teach anyone.

The FULL UNABRIDGED AND UNCENSORED TRUTH is coming for you Notre Dame, as are the DOE and DOJ civil rights investigations....You were warned. Repeatedly.

And so it begins, the US Senate has changed the rules to consider the appointment of my Notre Dame Law classmate of three years to the US Supreme Court.

Notre Dame, an utterly corrupt, morally bankrupt and hypocritical institution that violates Title IX, the Clery Act, FERPA, ADA, commits fraud waste and abuse under the False Claims Act, and violates scores of additional state and federal law (including playing games with litigant standing in out of state cases that went to the US Supreme Court), passes the baton to an another equally corrupt institution to rubber stamp the elevation of its favorite daughter.

If only I could go back and pretend to have a right as a man to interject my opinion into women's reproductive rights, impose my will on their bodies, engage in advocacy to undermine ROE v. WADE, and back the pro life agenda as interpreted by ND the way female law students like Amy Coney Barrett did instead of working tirelessly on the issues of racial equality in the criminal justice system like I did (writings, arraignments, bond hearings, trials, appeals, etc.), my experience would have been different and I’d be allowed to take the Florida Bar unmolested by the University of Notre Dame.

The truth is coming for you Notre Dame, and with it the exposure of your r**e culture and criminal/civil conspiracies in covering it all up.

The University's hypocrisy comes full circle: Notre Dame president Father Jenkins, who drew the ire of students after he failed to wear a mask at the crowded White House nomination for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, has tested positive for COVID-19. Meanwhile ND students face expulsion for violating these rules. Shame on Notre Dame!

I can no longer stay silent in good conscience and thus rendered complicit in Notre Dame's coverup of its reprehensible conduct in the context of the s*xual assault of my undergrad gf by a tenured professor, Title IX, the ADA, The False Claims Act, the Clery Act, and its interference with litigant(s) on the plaintiff's side of a dispute involving important constitutional issues (out of state and not involving Notre Dame) that would be decided by the US Supreme Court where, most egregiously of all, the University would file its own "friend of the court" brief IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENDANTS! Be a different kind of lawyer indeed...
