Just a fun note to brighten your day…I was shopping for a humidifier and was looking at reviews when I happened to run across this one, which is very creative to say the least: 👻👻👻

HAUNTED

We’ve had this humidifier for two years now, and it’s been great—*except* for the fact that it's clearly possessed by some kind of moisture-loving ghost. It turns itself on and off whenever it feels like it, almost as if it's deciding when our home is too dry for the spirit world to thrive.

Sometimes we’ll hear it click on in the dead of night (pun intended), filling the room with mist and a slight chill, like Casper himself is refreshing his ghostly self in our living room. Then, when we need it the most, it powers down like it’s decided that we're not worthy of its misty blessing.

I half-expect to hear spooky whispers coming from it one of these days, or see an ectoplasmic fog pouring out. Forget horror movies, nothing beats the eerie feeling of a humidifier that has a mind of its own. It’s like having a live-in ghost who really cares about humidity levels.

Highly recommend if you're into self-aware home appliances or if you need a humidifier that doubles as a paranormal conversation starter! Just don’t try to exorcise it. We did once, and it *only* made the situation worse.

👻 GHOST HUNT!! 👻

Hey everyone, it's that time of the year again! Saturday, October 26, 2024 our team will host public paranormal investigations at Missouri Town 1855. This is our 15th year and it's still only $20 per person. 😊

There are two sessions available:

👻 First session is from 5:30 pm-7 pm. Please arrive about 30 mins early to check in.

👻 Second session is from 7:30-9 pm. Again, please arrive about 30 minutes early to check in.

We will search for spirits throughout the village, including Missouri Town’s historic buildings. Advance reservations are required (no ticket sales at the door). Tickets are $20 each, age 12 and older only, please. There are a limited number of tickets available.
