Turnkey Promotional Staffing Solutions GD Productions and Talent was founded in 2000 to cater to beer, wine, and spirit brands seeking promotional representation in Michigan and Ohio. While the beverage industry is our specialty, we've also staffed talent for fashion shows, trade shows, print/tv ads, and experiential marketing campaigns. It takes much more than a pretty face to be part of the GD Pros team! Prior to being hired, new talent must complete a thorough interview and screening process, and obtain a TiPS certification and MLCC license. This ensures our talent is familiarized with all state sampling laws, promotional policies, and sales expectations long before being sent out into the field. We then work with our clients to build talent teams that exemplify the look and personality of their brands. New talent please include all of the following: Full name, age, city and state you live in, how you heard about us, contact information, and a minimum of one head shot of you smiling and one full body shot wearing something form fitting and flattering. How talent referrals work: If you refer someone to GD Pros, make sure they mention your name when submitting their info. We have added a special line for that purpose. We have found that the best new talent usually come through referrals from our existing talent. If you refer a new talent to GD Pros and we book that person at least once, we will mail you a $25.00 check as Thank-You. That $25.00 is mailed directly to you once we pay that new referred talent for their 1st event! Note to New Talent: We only pay 1 referral fee per person so, if you heard about us from more than one person, please let us know which person should get the credit for referring you...that should be the 1st person who told you about us. Note to existing talent referring new talent: Do not refer anyone that you would not personally want to work along side you. In other words, be selective of who you refer since they will be using your name and reputation to acquire work with us.
