WARRANTS ISSUED IN GUESS MURDER CASE
Arrest warrants have been issued for a father-son duo in the October 17 murder of Kimberly Guess.
Blackshear Police Chief Chris Wright confirmed Thursday night, December 12, that warrants were issued for Tracy Bryant Sr., 53, and Tracy Bryant Jr., 30, both of Waycross. The arrest warrants charge both with malice murder and felony murder in connection to the case.
Wright declined additional comment citing the ongoing investigation.
The Times has verified through sources that Bryant Sr. was Guess’s co-worker at Clayton Homes.
Bryant Sr. and Bryant Jr. are currently in the Ware County Jail on drug charges related to the murder investigation.
Guess, 34, was shot “multiple times” as she walked out to her car in the 800 block of Ware Street that fateful morning.
A full story will be included in the Dec. 18 edition of The Times.
