Eric Chesson, from Burnsville, NC has a cool project called The City Dirt Band. He called up All Aboard Records and long-term friend, Eric Travers to play the skins for some events; June 28th at Pineola in Newland, NC and July 6th at the Linville Falls Winery. Chesson is one hell of a player so the answer was yes. This is a great picture of him playing the lap steel. Eric Travers Band (ETB) WILL BE joined by him on July 21st at the One Stop Downtown Asheville!

Meet the new guitarist.

"Originally from Ohio, Jimmy was adopted by the San Francisco music scene when he auditioned as a vocalist for Blind Melon. With his good ear, technical knowledge, and a level head, he quickly became a sought-after writer. Guitar Player Magazine assigned his first great article. Then he began to work with an affiliate, Gig Magazine. Through a handshake agreement, he soon became the Chief Editor for Guitar Player magazine after a year's work.

It's been a pleasure working with him in a professional environment. We even knocked out a brand new tune and some rehearsals for his cool band Spirit Hustler. Until next time! "
