Greeting Army of God,
Our October mission to Clio was very much a mile stone for us and our volunteers truly allowed God to use them to bless the people and especially the Latino community. Everybody worked so hard and served so well. Our medical team served the people, our food ministry feed the people and our clothe ministry gave out a truck load of clothes. All of these efforts prepared the ground for the seed that the evangelical team so skillfully sowed into the lives of the youth and adults of Barbour county with many of them receiving prayer and counseling about salvation, healing and powerful intercessory through our newly implemented Spirit of Luke Pillow ministry.
Our mission is to share with them a message of Hope,Truth and Love, to share with them where they can find the real Hope, to share with them who is the real Truth and share with all that will hear that Love is the real answer and the cure for all ills of the world. Harvest time is here, thanks so much to The Ninth District Women's Missionary Society and to the SOL volunteers for all you do to help. "Do what you can do".
Our next mission will be on November 2, 2024 in Lafayette, Alabama. The site will be The Health And Wellness Center 404 9th Ave SW. We will leave from the parking lot of the More Than Conquerors Faith Church at 6:30 AM. If you need to ride in the van please email me and we will make arrangements. Lafayette is approximately a 2.75 hour drive and this will be our first mission to Chambers County and we are expecting a great turn out, approximately 100, so if you can help please mark your calendar because we will need you. We need your help, please call or email if you can help.
The directions are:Take I-65 So, take exit 250 onto I-459 N, take exit 19 onto US-280 E, approx 72 mi. turn left onto State HWY 50 E continue for 18 miles, Health and Wellness Center will be on the left.
