Oracles Theater Network formed from Oracles Theater In Youngstown, Ohio in 2001 a theater company and music studio, producing TV shows on Warner Cable Ch 9.James Hunter the founder of Oracles Theater while the Theater building itself
was under construction in 2000 James meet the founder of Progressing Foundation
a 5013c non profit.Tabitha Walton show James how to conduct community fundraisers and broadcast in the local media and this many Productions were born.
