Thanks @thebellcenter for allowing us to pull of this into practice at your annual 5K event!
How do you open a conference of 15,000 students? This was the question that was presented to us back in August and here’s how we answered it…
With the conference theme of “Known and Be Known”, the main goal was to create a piece that reflects on today’s culture of gaining a following. This of course will leave an emptiness and that was displayed through the silhouettes of the characters.
With the logistics of adapting the piece to open with the band, we coordinated throughout the post production process and composed the backing track to align with the hits of music.
Check out the what we came up with…

Compassion International: Dominican Republic
Last Septemeber we received the opportunity to partner with Compassion International and Strength to Stand to create a series of videos that tell the story of the ministry in the Dominican Republic. Words cannot express how powerful the stories were and how much of a life-changing impact these ministries are making. Check out the trailer we made below!

❌ MYTH #1: Video Production is Expensive.
Surprisingly, it doesn’t require a team of 5-10 people to create the majority of social content. Just like a car sales person will sell you unnecessary features, marketing agencies will sell you excessive crews. We’re here to eliminate the friction of producing videos.
❌ MYTH #2: The More Complex the Better.
Going off the previous myth, companies see the highest return on investment with their content creation strategy streamlined. Fancy visuals and effects have their place, but the spotlight is on you, your brand, and your story.
❌ MYTH #3: Quick Turnarounds Mean Compromised Quality
The Law of Diminishing Returns couldn’t be more evident in video production. The algorithm’s goal for content creation is NOT to produce an annual cinematic masterpiece but to engage your audience frequently through captivating videos. Quick turnarounds are crucial for relevance in today’s constantly evolving platforms.
❌ MYTH #4: You Need to Have a Following First.
Organic Reach has been dead since 2012. In order to get the most out of your videos, you need to run paid ads… BUT the good news is that the CPM (Cost per 1000 views) on social platforms offer great ROI potential.
❌ MYTH #5: You Need to have Everything Planned Out.
By doing this, you are doing the work of seasoned professionals. We’re here to learn about your mission and target audience to give you guidance on creating an effective strategy. We work alongside you throughout the entire process!
This is one of our highly demanded services and for a reason. Over 16,000 people attended the two conferences our client just hosted BUT 80,000+ views were gathered in that same time.
Why not engage your current attendees AND gather new ones for the next year? It’s possible through same day turnaround.
Let’s talk about events…
When are events at peak relevancy? At the time of the event of course.
Why not engage your current attendees AND gather new ones for the next year? It’s possible through same day turnaround recap reels.
This is one of our highly demanded services and it was in full swing at last week’s conference.
What’s the secret? It’s pretty simple. We have a team of 2 that both take on the role of cinematographer and editor. This allows for file offloading and sorting to happen simultaneously while the other person shoots. Once the event is over, we have prepped canvas that we fill in with preselected clips.
Here’s an example of the final result that was delivered 45 minutes after the session ended…
