Somewhere on the road between Milwaukee and Minneapolis on tour with Stevie Wonder. Will sleep later but must finish this arrangement of a musical tribute to Prince we may perform in Minneapolis. So, this is my office for the day. Milwaukee was great!!!! We performed about 30 songs.

We’re thrilled to be part of Stevie Wonder’s “Sing Your Song, as We Fix Our Nation’s Broken Heart” tour, as he spreads messages of love, joy, peace, and harmony.

Wonder and Panion, both Grammy Award winners, have collaborated musically for more than 30 years. Panion will conduct orchestras in each city for Wonder’s performances.

Twenty-three years ago, while attending Leadership Alabama, I, like so many people, was fixated on the unimaginable tragedy that had unfolded before our very eyes. I wrote this simple hymn in my hotel room, then. And since then, from time to time I feel the need to share it as a needed point of remembrance and reflection.
