About Last Night…Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Gratitude 💪🏾🏡🔥🙌🏾

Each year in real estate brings its own unique challenges, opportunities, and moments of growth. This year, I am beyond blessed to celebrate the most successful year of my 4+ year journey in this incredible industry!

I am deeply grateful for every client, business affiliate, and real estate peer who contributed to making 2024 an unforgettable year. Your trust, collaboration, professionalism, and support have meant the world to me.

What an amazing year this has been. 🙌🏾 I am so proud of my incredible growth in 2024, from BAR Leadership Academy 2024 graduate, co-chair for next BAR Leadership Academy, and also newly elected 2025 MLS Board position! My journey reflects so much gratitude, faith, and hard work. I embrace challenges and lean into opportunities with grace and determination. Grateful to my repeat client, Rodney James, who I helped buy his home almost 3 years ago and recently sell it! We listed on 9/27/24 and closed the sale on 10/29/24—just 32 days, from start to finish! 🏁

A big shoutout to Jason T Lollar SouthState Bank, the buyer’s lender, for ensuring a seamless transaction and excellent communication that led us to a quick closing in 30 days! 💰

Despite some market uncertainties, with strategic marketing and open houses, their beautiful 😍 home is now SOLD, in roughly 90 days from being listed! 💪🏾
