We received information that a plane was on the runway surrounded by emergency vehicles. We have learned that the plane landed without using landing gear. We will get you more information as it becomes available.
There seems to be a fire at the Phillips 66 refinery. We will update when we know more!

“Billings Fire is responding to a fire at the Phillips 66 Refinery. It’s in an area of the refinery known as the Fines Pit. No injuries have been reported. A large black plume is visible across the city. The smoke is not lethal, and there’s no immediate danger to anyone in the area, but if you are down wind, it is suggested you relocate until the plume dissipates. There have been no call for evacuations and individuals can use their own judgement to shelter in place. We’re also told there’s is no risk of explosion.”
