Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz (3 parts) Tequila,
1/2 oz (1 part) Grenadine syrup,
3 oz (6 parts) Orange juice
Preparation: Pour the tequila and orange juice into glass over ice. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Do not stir. Garnish and serve.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice
Standard garnish: Cherry, Orange slice

1oz spiced rum
1/2 oz peach schnapps
1/3 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz pineapple juice

Lightly muddle mint with rum in base of shaker, add other ingredients, Shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice garnish with mint sprigs.

Ingredients ·
2 ounces Pusser's rum ·
4 ounces pineapple juice ·
1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed ·
1 ounce cream of coconut ·
Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated
Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously but briefly to combine. �Strain into a hurricane glass or snifter over crushed ice. �Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge. �Serve with a straw.

* 1-1/2 ounces papaya juice
* 1 ounce peach nectar
* 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
* 2 ounces Demerara rum
* 1 tablespoon superfine sugar or powdered sugar
* 1 cup crushed ice (divided)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place fruit juices and rum in a blender with half cup crushed ice and blend on high.
Pour into a cocktail glass with the remaining crushed ice.
Serve with a fruit garnish if desired.

Besame Cocktail
* 2 lime wedges
* 5-6 raspberries
* 1 1/2 oz tequila
* passion fruit juice
* dash of Chambord
1. Muddle limes and raspberries in a highball glass.
2. Add tequila
3. Top off with passion fruit juice.
4. Add a splash of Chambord.
5. Pour this mix into a cocktail shaker with ice.
6. Shake well.
7. Strain back into the highball glass.

This is a sweet drink but thanks to the sprite it adds a good tartness, it is strong and refreshing and perfect for meals rich in fat like clams and oysters since they have plenty of Omega 3 and 6, this cocktail adds mainly citrus and peach being super refreshing and perfect for a sunny day on the beach, and no mixing or shaking involved so it is easy to make.

Main alcohol: Rum
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz White rum,
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice,
1/2 oz Orange curaçao,
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup,
3/4 oz Dark rum
Preparation: Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass and float the dark rum onto the top. Garnish and serve with straw.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice.
Standard garnish: Lime peel, Pineapple spear
Drinkware: Highball glass
