The new update on my iphone has messed up everything on my phone including AUDIO!
Dear Home Owners, As you may or may not know, your home values are dropping quickly due to the recent CAPS placed on Short-Term Rentals (STRs) in San Bernardino County. The SBC Supervisor Dawn Rowe is personally responsible for the decline of your home's value. She is attempting to control home prices by ignoring the actual control mechanism put in place to help STRs exist peacefully in our neighborhoods. Hundreds of millions of dollars have already been LOST in property values due to Dawn's reckless behavior. LIsten to this sample of her poor judgement when our local code enforcement explains that since new measures were put in place, complaints have trended downward and appear to be working. She ignores these FACTS and then calls for a hold on all new STR licenses despite the findings of Code Enforcement. Don't take my word for it, listen to Dawn. Then think about how your home value will continue to decrease by 50% to 75% because of her unhinged leadership.
Dawn's naive attempt at leadership didn't take into account that there were ONLINE campaigns to call Dawn's office with FRAUDULENT COMPLAINTS! Even the Big Bear Democrats Club encouraged anyone one with ANY complaints to call Dawn and complain about STRs. Instead of dealing with FACTS, Dawn was easily pursuaded by FAKE NEWS. Instead of researching WHY the hunches don't match up with the FACTS, she calls for a VOTE TO STOP ISSUING STR licenses. Supervisor Dawn Rowe is BAD for San Bernardino County home values...someone please consider running against her in the election. Recall?
Big Bear Lake's City Council Meeting (2/25/22) discussing what to do about Council Member Alan Lee's most recent deceptions and abuses. Many Lee loyalists are now left wondering why they followed a man who reported to live in Tennessee and Atlanta while serving on the Big Bear Lake DWP Board. Most just want a leader who is God-fearing and doesn't hold deception as his/her banner. Thank you Mayor and Big Bear Lake Board Members for getting to the bottom of so much deception.
