So im starting a new series. It's called 'Vent or Therapy' The success of this will be simply of how many people interact with me. So anytime someone writes to me simply wanting to vent or needing advice, im going to make a video about it. Your confidentiality will be 100% secure. If you want to vent about something occurring to you and allow others to know they aren't alone, coping mechanisms, how you overcame something I'll be all ears.. if you need advice on situations, I'll simply put my input on how I've overcame a similar situation or what would I do in that situation, coping mechanisms. All things mental health, life problems, there's literally so many options. I just ask for respect and interaction. Let's do this !!!
