We're excited to meet some of the folks we get our Guatemala coffee from. We will be doing a fresh roast just in time for the holidays with them. Crazy cool opportunity to roast Fist Light coffee alongside of the ones that grow and provide the beans. Proceeds from this coffee provides education for children in their village.

This roast is dialed in!!!! I had another person tell me yesterday that they didn't like coffee and hated the bitterness of coffee. You know we love this challenge.
