In a significant development following a three-year legal battle, an Accra court has rendered a verdict affirming that the three children of Gifty Gyan are indeed the biological children of Asamoah Gyan.

The court has ordered Asamoah Gyan, the former Ghana captain, to provide a monthly upkeep allowance of 25,000 Ghana cedis for the children's welfare, covering their general expenses excluding school fees, medical and dental care, flight tickets, and other child care costs.

Additionally, as part of the court's ruling, Gifty Gyan has been awarded Asamoah Gyan's mansion located in the United Kingdom as compensation. She will also receive a four-bedroom house situated in Spintex.

Furthermore, the court has granted Gifty Gyan ownership of a BMW vehicle belonging to Asamoah Gyan, as well as an Infiniti car.

Lastly, the court has allocated Asamoah Gyan's land, originally intended for a filling station, to Gifty Gyan.

This landmark ruling may have far-reaching implications for both parties involved and raises significant legal and financial considerations.
